An important writer once observed that: “Patience and perseverance have a magical effect before which difficulties disappear and obstacles vanish.” When we teach others how difficult it is to learn something new, it will encourage them to meet their objective. With this painting, I invite my audience to understand the craft and art of persistence in achieving our set goals in life. This painting is inspired by performance movement in Solange Knowles’ new book, “In the Past Pupils and Smiles”, 2019.
