This is a movement that mimics an aspect of a bird’s movement when they fly in a pattern. When birds fly in a pattern, they extract maximum benefits with less effort. As humans, when we develop such a pattern of movement, we also learn to cooperate better with less effort. The inspiration for this painting is derived from the contemporary dance company, Performance Theatre.
