Im intrigued by consciousness concerning how it frames our perspectives by the outward: nature, environment, body, and the inward: senses, thought, emotion.

In influencing how an object interacts with its environment or subject, I draw on natural, and incidental phenomena: light, time, scale, and space. As agents of transformation these create varying planes of awareness and inspire a mass of reversible interpretations where harmony slips into contrast, ugliness frames beauty, art/design imbibes nature, despair condenses into hope, and moment sets memory.

The objects of practice spiral in a manner where one thing loops into the other with a pulse on circularity; concerning consumption, environment, and health as it vents the matter through layers of processes, disciplines, and mediums – which often comprise of found objects, waste, and left-over building material.
